The first sign of trouble was when I called their 800 number and the woman told me yourserving has not been a client of theirs in months. So they have no phone support. I emailed them. They did get back to me right away, but wait keep reading. I had a problem transferring my files. I looked all over for directions and read what I could find. I was using front page so I read those directions.
When I talked to the support person though IM and told her what was wrong she told me to go here and read the directions. I went there and those were the wrong directions. I told her that I was using front page. She said go here and read these directions. Which are the directions I read before I called. I was aggravated because I need help and I have to type every little thing out. Getting computer help is one thing that you shouldn’t have to IM. I was aggravated because I’m asking for help and she’s telling me to read the directions. I was aggravated because she was doing something else while she was helping me. No joke it would take her 3-5 minutes to answer, even if it was a simple o.k. I would ask her something and she wouldn’t say hold on or anything so I would just sit there and wait. Finally I had enough and decided to figure it out myself.
I went back to the directions. The directions are very hard to read you can’t see the bottom half of the words. I finally figured out they had an old version of front page.
I had enough. On their home page of the site the have a 30-day money back guarantee.
I used their service for less then a week. They have you pay for the full year up front so I was owed close to $100. When you cancel with them you won’t be able to us their service right away. After I canceled I emailed them 21/2 weeks later and asked them when will I get my refund. They said shortly. A week after that I told them about the previous email and asked when will I get my refund. They said we will send this to management asap. A week after that I emailed again and I have not received a response. I forgot to mention when someone opens your email you get an email back saying you ticket was successfully received, and they have always answer right after I get that message. This time they opened the ticket and did not respond. It has been a week.
I did a search and did not find any complaint on them so I thought they were o.k. They are not Buyer Beware yourserving.com sucks!
