They no longer even respond to e-mail problems, and wait times over the phone are 1/2+, and the person who answers is usually just useless, with some version of "I can't do that from here."

MySQL database is CONSTANTLY down or not connecting or having some other similar issue. If your site depends on any sort of MySQL database for functionality (forum, topsites, etc.) DO NOT USE YAHOO WEB HOSTING, EVER!!!
