I signed up with the understanding that they were providing virtual server hosting on a cloud (ala Amazon EC2). Immediately upon signing up for an account, I realized that it wasn't, so I requested a refund. 9 days later, after never receiving a response (according to their sign-up process, I was supposed to receive a phone call verifying my purchase, which I never received either), I tried them again at a different email address and finally received a response. They refunded $9.95 of the original $24.95 charged. When I protested, they tried to justify by saying I never submitted a ticket, ignoring the fact that they never responded, nevermind provided a ticket number! So, I've filed a chargeback with my credit card company. Any hosting provider with such poor integrity that they are willing to go to this length to jip a customer out of $15 should be avoided!
