Account Setup Feedback
Very fast and simple, I remember they had me up and running VERY quickly, and even setup special DNS requirements for me. (subdomain to outside IP)
It was completely hassle free.
Host Reliability
In the nearly a year we ran golwow there. We had one simple issue that cause website issues. They quickly found the problem, explained it, fixed it and it ran perfectly.
Pricing Info
I only give them a 9 because I can get the same product (server setup) cheaper. But I would NOT recommend it. I have to say, you get what you pay for. I would pay twice as much for the customer service they deliver with their products.
Final Host Comments
My only wish is they had windows hosting. My current project requires windows to run a specific chat server application.
When I worked with them on another project, I was beyond pleased with there service and customer support.

I have never been with more helpful, thorough, and polite host.
They are usually very quick to reply and solve the issue with updates. They will take to the time to explain the situation and report on solutions.
I always knew if I had any issue, i could relax and they'd take care of it.
They also gave options for solutions if i required special help. They really take the time to make customers happy.
