I arrived at this webhost because another one we had our site on decided to change their back-end services to another provider, and didn't communicate those changes (included IP addresses or logins) to us.
During my short-listing, it seemed like Webserve was a decently professional company, with a reasonable length of history in the business, and they are a member of the BBB.

When there's a server down, don't expect to be able to get a hold of anyone via the Live Help chat thing, or by calling their Tech Support phone number!

Forget about "regular" maintenance...I run a site monitoring program that tells me when the site is no longer accessible and when it comes back up. It blips out for short periods randomly, either during the day or in the middle of the night. Can't be maintenance, cuz there's never any notifications that something is going to happen.

Quick setup. Annoying billing interface that's very restrictive and rudimentary, but it get's the job done, I suppose.

If it's a personal website, or if your business can tolerate the occasional site down time, then sure, they're a decent enough webhost.
If you want to give your Customers a good impression of your business, and you have many people relying on the access to the information on your website, then find another webhost; this isn't the one.
As for me, I'm back to square one: find another webhost, or look at setting up a box ourselves.
