Horrible! This has been a year of nightmare. Loast money and client because of the hosting, was up 50% of the time. I ask to be put on another server it was never done. It is pratically impossible to get support. Even simple domain registration they are screwing it up. I gave them a last chance by keeping my domain registration with them, i pay for 4 years and now i see that my domain will expire next april, again to get someone to fix it is going to be a night mare.

Extremely difficult to get someone on emergency, no reply to email, bad follow up. They are not on top of things.

During my year the hosting server failed all the time, sites were off line 50% of the time during a year, I had use them for other client and i lost them because of that.

Setup was painless, so i was not expenting the problems that i got, but eve their Ui crashed a few time during the year!

In conclusion, runaway. If you are like me and you don't to waste your time on the phone or try to get something basic like having a hosting company reliable, then don't go with webserve.
I am working now with Canada WebHosting, they are extremly professional and on the top of things. Their UI might no be as fancy as webserve, however it has been close to 2 years, i had no issue what so ever.
