At first when my needs where basic they were ok. After signing up for reseller I had multiple and unsolved problems. I'm moving out and don't recommend them anymore.

Technical support in my case proved very bad. I had to send lots of emails, receiving a "fixed please check" message each time and no fix was actually given. They didn't always respond in time especially when I had critical problems. Another recurring problem took months to solve as according to them nothing was wrong (and apparently was).

They claim numbers that are not actual. The server is giving out blank pages or errors at least for a few minutes each week but they never log it so they have magic 100.00% or close stats. Also the mail server is unrensponsive for lots more than it should. FTP is slow (they throttle down the upload and allow 1 connection per IP) as well as the server which on occasions was slower than dialup speeds.
