I had used this host before, so I had an idea of what to expect. Still, you never really know what to expect each time you sign on with a new host. Overall, I'd say that I was a little cautious, yet optomistic.

I ran into one problem with the customer service early on. They didn't have the information that I needed during that time. Every other time that I have used WebHostingBuzz and their customer feedback, it's been a pleasant experience.

I'm happy that I am not one of those people that has to always worry about the next time that their server is going to crash. I can't imagine how annoying that must be. With my business server, this is never even in the equation.
