Here is what Susan Moustrous had to say about EasyCGI and the overall experience with their web hosting service.I didn't know what to think. I'm no computer genius, so I guess I was depending upon them to educate me. When I started out, I didn't have lofty expectations for what they could do for my website.
Account Setup Feedback
It's been so long that I don't really recall what it was like. I guess everything went well, seeing as I now have an account set up with them.
Host Reliability
One of the reasons I was told to switch to a VPS is because it would give me a much higher level of reliability. In this way, I've been very pleased with the service that I've received.
Pricing Info
The price range was fair, which is all I ask for in business. They give a good service at a competitive price.
Final Host Comments
I don't really know where I would be without their VPS service. It's been a positive experience all the way around, which is more than I expected when I started.

Like I said, I have sometimes had trouble, which is why I have a lot of respect for the customer support people. They knew what was going on with my problem and found a solution. Pretty good, if you ask me.
