Cpanel with fantastico deluxe is an added bonus as well.

My account was up and ready in less than 2 hours. Everything was working fine and a few questions which I had were answered promptly to my satisfaction.
Host Reliability
There has only been a single downtime in the last six months for me. It was a server reboot I guess and the websites were up in 10 mins.

The pricing is very good and the features plus the excellent support they offer makes the deal sweeter.
