I generally do not post bad reviews about anybody. But this company crossed all heights. I'm a 5 year old customer and was receiving decent services from them until last year...since last year, they made some changes on my servers and my website got slow. 20 seconds to load the page vs 1 sec earlier. I asked for help and they couldn't resolve my problem in a week time also and kept on stating that everything is OK with he site.
On my asking to close my account (decommissioning) they did that in 10 minutes without giving me time to transfer my domain also. My site was down for days before I was able to establish a new domain and hosting provider.
Horrible service and horrendous customer service. Stay away even if somebody pays you for the hosting with them.
