Here is what Eric Field had to say about InMotion Hosting and the overall experience with their web hosting service.I am very happy that we switched to InMotion. We were having a horrible time with our old host "accidentally" shutting our web site down. The last time this happened, we had our site switched to InMotion. Within an hour our site was back up and running on the new server. Since then I've noticed a huge difference in page loading and ftp upload speed. We are fairly new to this company, but I've already been impressed by the level of customer service and the knowledge base that InMotion has. I will definitely be recommending this company to others.

We have recently switched our hosting service to InMotion and with that comes the need to correct web code and change mail settings. When we ran into these issues, InMotion was on top of them. They resolved the majority of our issues within the hour. They even expedited one of our issues after I called to check on the status. They are always quick to respond to any inquiry and extremely understanding when they do.
