Since WebHost4Life began hosting, customer hosting reviews has seen many complaints regarding reliability. Problems ranging from entire server outages, slow page loads, and overall sluggish performance. Many bad reviews for WebHost4Life came when they were sold to another web hosting provider. This is common as there is a lot of major work to transfer hosting customers from one server to another and especially if they transfer from one datacenter to another which is exactly what happened with WebHost4Life.

Since the takeover, the new owners of WebHost4Life have been able to normalize the service. Though there still are unsatisfied customers (hard to please everyone), WebHost4Life has improved reliability. Over the next year, we will re-evaluate WebHost4Life to see how things have improved.

WebHost4Life has had difficulty through the years maintaining a happy and satisfied clientele due to their customer service. Currently, WebHost4Life through their new owners still outsource technical support and we still see complaints regarding understanding their support agents or having to re-explain common problems to finally get answered.
