For a hosting company that says they know how important it is to businesses to keep their web sites up, miss a domain renewal and they will bring down all your sites pretty fast. No gripes with their infrastructure, but their business policies and help desk services have attitudes like they invented the internet. I decided to let a couple domain names expire. By not paying the renewal bill, they brought ALL my sites down - without back-up. I had to pay a big renewal bill on everything to bring back the few domains I decided to keep. They have no principles at all and will squeeze you for more dollars any way they can. They have more fees than an ATM in an airport. Their feedback form rejected three attempts to lodge a complaint. Did I mention on the phone they have serious attitude problems? Moving my domains ASAP.

Now that I have shopped around for a new hosting company, I find other company's GUI's much more user-friendly. We settled on Host Monster.

If they could pick up the phone and call to warn customers of a problem or expand their generic email notices to better articulate the problem, issue or warning. Customer service said it is against their policy to call customers on the phone. Its my policy to move my business somewhere where it is wanted.
