This is a completely new web host but while doing analysis of all hosts I found it providing best facilities as it gives 1TB Space (1200 GB) & 12 TB(12000 GB) Bandwidth/mo at $5/month. Before buying from them i was scared because I thought them completely new as their site had a bad Alexa rank.

I did a bit of research & contacted their support & found them prompt. The best thing besides facilities is that it has it's own datacenter located somewhere in USA. So that indicated they are there to start & run business & not go away with our money.

Server speed is great & my account is doing well (no down time till now speed is among the fastest) especially their TOS does not allow to have image sharing site but what will i do with 1 TB space/12GB monthly bandwidth. Also it has Fantascio easy script installer for all type of blogs/forums etc integrated in cpanel . Price is $61.4 for 1st year (also you get a free domain) if you apply coupon "phpbb" as they are advertising at phpbb.com. Even tough it is a new host but provides nice facilities at a low cost & has it's own datacenter and is a good hosting company with reputation, awards etc. I would recommend you go for it. Remember they don't accept paypal balance payments rather paypal checkout which requires active credit card in your paypal account.

Their payment interface is not so good & i received my account details only 12 hours after i paid them via paypal checkout even tough they said they will be doing it in 3 hours. Again i received 2 emails with account details & 2nd one had real data while the first one had account IP address as 0.0.0.0. That was funny. So we can conclude that they are too new & their billing system & all are in beta stage.

Just after a day when i shifted a high traffic site/forum from 1and1(current host) to webhostingpad my account was suspended for excess CPU usage & as usual i lot a lot of traffic/content as they didn't allow a backup too. The forum i shifted there gets about 20000 impressions daily & has up to 50 simultaneous requests (server connections) many times. But webhostingpad & many other shared hosts allow maximum 25 simultaneous connections to the server from sites of each customer. Due to that reason they suspended my account & after calling them few times they gave a refund except the charge for domain they registered for me.

I don't find any fault with them but there servers are too less powerful than in 1and1 Hosting where the forum is being hosted now without any problems. And I’m also happy because they refunded the money & i had not deleted the files of forum at old host after shifting to webhostingpad. After the ordeal i'm continuing to host that high traffic forum in 1and1 Business Plan. I had an impression that they would lock the free domain I purchased while signing up there, but they give me access to the domain &took 1st year charge of $14 out of what i paid for a yearly plan & refunded rest money back to me.
