Web Hosting Pad service is one of the best starting from speed of setup, the billing, response to technical support issues and the general attitude towards dealing customers. I have never had a billing issue with them, and their technical support rarely takes more than an hour to get a reply, and rarely takes long to solve the issue.

It's a very high quality and cheap hosting. For $1.99 you can get almost everything you can think of i.e. a cpanel, a file manager, unlimited email accounts, mysql, and tonnes of scripts free of cost. Over a above that they have a nice billing mechanism, ticketing system and web development tool. You also get FTP accounts. I also got a real time experience of 24/7 tech support. For me, Web Hosting Pad, is the best hosting option cause it's cheap and high performance.
