Webhostingpad.com has a zero tolerance policy with regards to chargebacks as outlined in the terms of service that all customers agree to at the time of sign up. We do issue a chargeback fee in the event that a chargeback is initiated. This is because financial institutions bill WHP for any chargebacks filed. The chargeback fee is equal to that which WHP is billed.
