Service-moderate good response time but very unhelpful and not friendly. after three days of a problem final response-that is not our problem set up your blog again.

Site-often froze

After using 3 days of my holidays to set up a blog I finally logged off my computer after which I could not get into the blog . It took a long time to set up as the server kept freezing-something I have not experienced before. I could get into the c-page and had the admin log in and password for the blog on that but that didn't help get into the blog. After multiple emails and long wait on the phone-I was ringing internationally, I finally got someone on the chat line that said my login was wrong.I had to go to email. Final solution- If the login has changed and you have not been notified and it is not on our server-(It has to be done through their server)that is not our problem set the blog up again.

We do offer many blog options as one click installations, however we are unable to provide technical support for these as they are third party products. You would need to check the specific blog software support page for instructions on how to recover a username and password as more often than not they are stored securely in the blog database.
