Disgusting, I have not had any service since joining 5 days ago. My website has not worked and everytime i try to email them I end up waiting about 8 hours for a response despite their email saying their dedicated 24/7 team will be in touch within the hour.
they dont listen to my complaint and pass the buck to the domain registrar or tell me to be poatient. This has cost me unknown amount of dollars in lost customers and not even one person has said i understand its frustrating. Is it an overseas call centre with foreigners claiming to have Anglo Saxon names? The responses I have recieved so far all seem to point that way.
I want my money back and my sanity. Just host has been truly heartbreaking experience for me.
