Account Setup Feedback

Good for grandma and first time web users.

Host Reliability

My sites are constantly off line and when they are working they are slow as snails.

Servers are clogged with too much traffic.

Pricing Info

The sweetness of low price is long forgotten after the bitterness of low quality sets in.

The billing dept. can't add 2+2 I am constantly arguing with them over my bill. Its simple math. If you are not watching your account will be overcharged every time!

Stay away from these idiots. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
