Customer support is a joke, and they give you the run around. All the emails I got were from four people Nick, Kalin Chris. In the chat room for support the say it Ross, but their different each time pretending to be Ross. They can't tell nothing put submit a ticket.

Please don't do business with them. They are running a scam. Go to Tecknotic, and you get everything within a few minutes, and they publish the phone number on there website. If decide to risk and purchase a server please pay with paypal.
