dreadful. new to hosting. i believed their hype. i signed up for an extravagant plan that i have since been told was far too complex for my needs. i paid for what i belived was for a month on month basis. but at first month's end they took £220 from my a/c. i sent letters/e-mails of my anger. no reply. login and control panel-a nightmare. expensive calls for assist. but to ice the cake they even lost my valuable .com. and recently they invoiced me for £200 for the same .com that somebody else "owned". furious, i sent more letters/emails but they still tried to take more money for nothing! do not trust!!

they are good at taking your money. but they don't seem to have an accounts dept!

Host Reliability

if you send a ticket it can take days for a reply. phone calls areexpensive.

i paid £240 for nothing.

i am trying to sue for the return of all monies paid.
