It's like flipping a coin... Heads, you may get a support ticket though, tails, you may not. Either way, if it does get through whoever answers it will blame your computer before actually looking into the problem...

Uptime determined by real time minus "scheduled" maintenance. They never notify you when that "scheduled" time is going to be, and if something goes wrong, and the server goes down (which happens more often than not these days) it becomes "scheduled". But if the support ticket makes it through, and it actually gets answered, their first comment is reboot your computer, everything is fine on their end. Then, something will appear on their site describing a scheduled maintenance issue.

Their prices are about the average for what you should be getting, but not worth it if you rely on your website actually being viewable by people.
Don't fall for the $50 hosting coupon... It may sound good at first, but even after using it, they still spam me with new coupons, or extensions to the old coupons to sign up... We made that mistake once, and I won't do it again...

If you are looking for an environmentally friendly web host and your business relies on uptime and the ability to send and receive emails, drop this host off your short list... Try not to even put it on your long list... Their message is good, but their follow through is greatly lacking.
