You can expect to wait up to 48 hours for a reply that quite often doesn't address the real issue/problem at all. No live chat and call center hours are Monday to Friday only. If you've got a problem with your sites over the weekend, forget about getting them resolved.

I've been a farily satisfied customer of surfspeedy for the last couple of years but since their takeover by Jumpline, I couldn't recommend them to anybody. Their service is rock bottom bad!
