Here is what Pearce Cole had to say about HostMonster and the overall experience with their web hosting service.
Initially I was unsure, their website promises so much and at such a good price, it makes you wonder...But I didn't have to wonder for long. These guys deliver in a big way. Their customer support is unparalleled, the longest I've ever had to wait for a response is 5 minutes. If your request is complicated they'll tell you its a complicated request this might take a little while... then 30 minutes later their back and its done.

Account Setup Feedback

Easy. Three minutes on live chat to ask a few questions. Thereafter, I set up the account in 5 minutes.

Host Reliability

Again, never a single flaw. I now have four websites hosted with HostMonster. Two of which they migrated from a previous host for free, the other two they installed Wordpress and Pligg (+ 3 premium modules) for free.

Pricing Info

I have two packages with HostMonster, one is a shared hosting for a Pligg site, the second is a reseller account. On both counts they're either cheaper or competitive. They also have enterprise and professional packages which I don't have a need for at the moment but from my limited research - they seem to be more than you could ask for and again at very competitive price. Plus the fact that you can break the payment down into segments is nice if you don't fancy a one off payment.

As I read back through this review its sounds a little too good to be true. I considered toning it down a bit for fear the skeptics might think there was something amiss, but I've thought better of it. Believe it or not - their my honest opinions. Try HostMonster, ask questions on the live chat, set up an account and ask a question with a support ticket. You won't regret it.

As mentioned above, I can't believe their customer service. I literally would not consider building a website with another hosting provider. They have the best customer service I've ever experienced - between their live chat, support tickets and email responses there is no question that is too simple for them to reply with a professional response, and so far, there has been no question too complicated that they haven't been able to deal with it promptly, efficiently, and with a genuine human touch that other hosting providers seem to lack with their auto-response and robotic template messages.



Its genuinely like having your own IT support staff.
