I cannot speak to the phone help support or anything like that, because I have only been helped by email. It took them less than 24 hours to answer my email, which makes me think they took me seriously. I give them high marks for this.

Obviously, if I am going to be doing business online, I need a website that is always there. Every minute I lose is money I lose. With that in mind, they have done a very nice job of keeping me online.

As long as you have a somewhat good idea of what you need to be doing, then you will be fine. I wouldn't go and sign up until I knew exactly what I wanted. I think that's important to make it easier.
