I strongly do not recommend this service. Furthermore, I believe their sales department mislead me about the quality of their service. Yes, sales people do embellish but wow, this is a new low! Or perhaps should I say bait and switch.

Webmail never works and the switch over to the new system was disasterous!

Pricing Info

Thought it was a good deal at first, but GMAIL is free and so is yahoo and they all have bigger quotas and are much more reliable. The webmail system they have is definitely a step down from OUTLOOK and a HUUGE come down from GMAIL! It has a small quota and when you have a bunch of emails the whole email system blows up and you have to delete it all....not good for traveler who doesn't want to hook into outlook but prefer offsite email hosting via the interner. I end up forwarding to GMAIL anyways!!!!!!

Final Host Comments

You get what you pay for and then you are stuck with it once you port all your emails and hosting to this system. Will be dropping this service when we get an IT guy who can set us up with our own thing. Meanwhile will be using more GMAIL and avoiding 30minute waits for their incompetent boiler room "tech support" people.

Patronizing script readers who just go into the same control panel and don't really know how to 'fix' things or answer questions. They will just read back what they are supposed to say from the script. Or tell you they will email you back in 24-48 hours while your system is still down and out. Additionally you are on hold for up to 30 minutes just to get through to someone who reads off scripts.
