For starters I had a very bad experience with some hosting providers with problems ranging from tickets and invoices going to the wrong customers, continuous downtime, one line responses and so called server technicians who couldn’t even secure their own server.

When I was referred to iPage I will admit that I was quite uncertain and couldn’t risk being with another host who would treat me like a sales figure rather than a person who enjoyed being online.

They looked quite well presented compared to the very troubled providers I was with and it took a couple of hours by the head of the business convincing me that they are quite solid.

All account related inquires are answered within the hour (minutes on many occasions) and were very informative and helpful, that is when I self create problems with my account.

As you can see with the chart provided, their uptime is certainly very impressive to those looking for a reliable host. I cannot fault their service and certainly look forward to doing more business with them in the not to distant future.
