Here is what Bob Smith had to say about StartLogic and the overall experience with their web hosting service.

At first it looked like it would be a great deal but the servers were kinda messed up, the databases were not local to the server and made things very hard to set up.

Account Setup Feedback

The agents were ignorant and they could hardly speak english.

Host Reliability

The server went down about two or three time a month. Some times the ftp would just refuse to work at all. The php was very very slow.

Pricing Info

For what I should have gotten it was an ok deal; but they should have payed me, I wasted so much time with them.

Final Host Comments

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not host with StartLogic; don't give them business they do not deserve.

For some reason the php on my site was intermittently slow. When I called to complain they blamed my ISP, when 90% of my members were complaining about slowness.
