Eversince they moved to the new platform (around last October), things have gone haywire! Customer support is almost non-existent. Live chat never works. Call are put on hold for hours. First layer of customer support is practically useless, they are not knowledgeable and follow some formulary questions that doesn't get anybody anywhere. They use to be good a couple of years ago, but got too big too fast, and don't seem to be able to handle that!

Have a good video on hand when plan to call them, you need it while you're on hold for a couple of hours! And remember not to call them from your cell phone, or there goes your minutes and your battery!
