When I came across StartLogic, I saw that they made a lot of guarantees—like 99.9% uptime and a 30 day money back trial period. I did a little additional research and found that everyone I spoke to seemed to like their hosting packages and especially liked their customer support staff.

Account Setup Feedback

This was the easiest account set up I have ever had for a hosting package. Usually, I dread the process of setting up new accounts, especially with new companies for web hosting, but StartLogic made it as painless as possible.

Host Reliability

I’m not quite through the 30 day money back guarantee trial period but so far, I have experienced no problems whatsoever with the sites I have on this hosting package.

Pricing Info

I found that StartLogic’s prices were a very good deal for the features that they deliver in their shared hosting plans. The thing that I like about StartLogic is that they offer a lot of extras like unlimited email addresses and e-commerce enabling with their hosting packages. This is very convenient for me and it’s nice that I don’t have to pay extras for some of the little features that I need.

Final Host Comments

Though I haven’t been a customer of StartLogic’s shared hosting for very long, so far it seems like this will be the hosting company that I can stick with for at least the foreseeable future. I have no complaints as of yet, and as long as StartLogic keeps doing what they’re doing, I think I’ll just be fine sticking with them.

I have to give them a 10 on this because I think all hosting companies should model their customer support staff after StartLogic. These people answer your questions quickly, completely, and always seem to know what I’m talking about (even when I’m not even quite sure). I’ve never had to sit around waiting for a representative to get to my call, which is a great plus.
