For me, the biggest draw to StartLogic’s shared web hosting packages was their emphasis on security. As an online business owner, I need to make sure that I had a secure site in order to build and keep my customers’ trust. I felt that StartLogic’s hosting plan gave me a good start to achieving the goal of total security for my online company. The 30-day money back guarantee was also a big draw for me because I realized that if I found the hosting to be subpar, I could cancel it without much trouble and go somewhere else. Over 30 days have passed and I’m still with StartLogic’s hosting.

I have only used their customer support line a few times and have had no major issues. Out of those interactions, the customer support representatives have always been very helpful and haven’t left me on hold for several minutes like some other hosting companies have in the past.

I am satisfied with the level of security and reliability that StartLogic has providing through its hosting. Neither I nor any other visitors to my site have complained of any problems. Everything loads quickly and works in all the browsers that I have tried.

I consider the price to be easily within reason for the additions and features that come with the shared hosting package. I would easily pay this price to have access to such an efficient customer support team, even without the hosting package.

I always find the account setup process to be a pain and this process seemed to be no different. It wasn’t fun, but it wasn’t too terrible either. I got everything up and running fairly easily and quickly.

I think StartLogic is a fine hosting option for me and I will stick with it. Even if a better deal comes along, I’ll probably stay with StartLogic unless I start having problems with them. Otherwise, changing hosting packages and learning a new site is a pain.
