The chat support is one of its kind. They are a little low with phonecalls but the chat support is at its best. The best part is I find a new agent each time I chat with them. This show that they are big to handle huge traffic.

sitecube promises that the account would be setup by time I go and get my coffee. but in my case it took me 14 hours to get online as I transfered domain lol.
