My initial thoughts about this web hosting site was "There is no way they can provide what is stated for the price charged". I am happy to say I was wrong!

I give thier customer service a 9 only because no one has perfected the art of human interface. Otherwise the service has been excellent. I have used the online chat several times for questions, resolving minor tweaks and problems. They dealt with and resolved the issues within 24 hours. That's pretty good.

I give it an 8 here because the flash interface is slow for those who have dial-up internet service and probably costs me some sales through my store. Other than that the site has been very reliable and has never crashed or not allowed me access.

I did alot of research through friends, internet searches and customer reviews and found that for what you get with this service including a storefront is the best kept website secret. There are several price plans starting at about $10.00 to $30.00 a month and have to pay for a full year in advance.

They offer a 10 day free trial without requiring payment with access to all features available. You can set up your entire site during this time period if you choose.
If you can type, point and click a basic site is had within 20 minutes. All setup features are fairly intuitive and you are guided step by step all the way through.
There are so many features and variations using your own music, photos and video combined with there page and background options that getting it all set up your way can take some time, but is well worth it. It's all point and click so you do not need a degree in web design to get a very impressive site for representing your business.

My only real compalint is that the store is integrated with Paypal and does not have the option to accept other forms of direct CC payment. One other thing about the store is that you cannot setup a calculated payment tier for International buyers. You can get around this (check my site's International shipping policy and store to see how I dealt with this limitation).
Overall, my experience with Sitecube has been very positive and I would like to continue my relationship with them. i do hope they will consider the store upgrades in the future.
