First it was nice and easy no problems to sign up and move to site5. I was told they were great and I signed up as soon as I could

When my site went down I sent a ticket to be told it was up a did tracrt and ping along with the errors was getting to still be told was working? I closed the ticket open a new one to be told the server was overloaded. My site goes down at least 3-4 times a day!!!

Well at first my site was getting 400+ hits a day and was ok for server load but now all I get is downtime or mysql errors

The prices are ok but for what you pay for you would think the site would have more stable servers downtime.
