Average ticket time over 12 hours before first reply/between replies but up to 24 hours - then a silly question restarts the "ignore timer."
Only ONE outstanding system Admin (Dragan) who actually understands and can deal with problems.
New management caters to spammers and will not make an "easy fix" to ensure valid e-mail gets past spam filters - "I'm afraid that we don't have ETA on (the simple fix), could be a month, could be a year, we honestly cannot tell."

New management has overloaded tech staff, moved servers (with new outage problems) and will not deal with shared hosting spammers which eliminate the e-mail function from the servers (ALL e-mail is BLOCKED). E-mail to CEO, CTO, COO received NO response; tech staff says to buy dedicated server (just to have dedicated IP address applied to e-mail)!
