This used to be a good value host. But they either merged with or were bought out by Theplanet.com. When that happened, their customer support response time became excessive and their once best-in-the-industry server response time deteriorated.

Site5 has never had live customer support. Response time is now 12-24 hours on a good day with a simple problem. They initially failed to be able to move a site from one server to another and then took 2 weeks to recover the data they lost. During that time they sometimes went 48 hours without responding to a ticket and routinely failed to answer the question.
