I first chose to use cPanel Hosting from Site5 because I needed much more control. I was not happy with having to depend upon my old system in order to manage my domain. That is why I chose to use cPanel Hosting at the start.

Account Setup Feedback

Account setup was a breeze. It has been over a year since I set up my account, but I remember it being extremely easy when I did sign up. No big problems to mention from this end of the spectrum.

Host Reliability

This is the main thing that I have been impressed with by Site5. They really know how to provide me with the opportunity to not only take more control, but also to have a reliable service.

Pricing Info

The price could be better, in my opinion. I guess, in the long run, it makes my life a lot easier, though. Because of that, I won't complain a whole lot about what they've got going on.

Final Host Comments

Overall, I give Site5 a 9 for what they have given me. I would not have stayed with them this long if I hadn't been pleased with the level of service that they provide. Everything is top of the line, so I have no complaints. I'd recommend their cPanel Hosting to any of my friends.

In my personal own experience, I found that the customer support was pretty strong. I had a hard time adjusting to some of the things that I had to learn in order to be successful using cPanel.
