Looked great when I read the specifcation. However, I was soon to find out that just about every claim they made on the spec was, shall I say, an 'embellishment' of the truth.
My first thoughts soon turned sour because their technical support when asking even the simplest of questions was, quite frankly, a joke. They don't even read the ticket, or at least if they do, they can't understand plain, simple English as their replies bear no resemblance to the question asked.

I have never experienced such poor customer support in the whole of my career. These people are a joke, no more, no less. They don't answer your query and end the reply with stupid little smileys which only serve to annoy you more because quite frankly they don't care about their customers. An automated mail response would make more sense than these clowns do.

Clusters are constantly:
1. Being hacked in index files.
2. SQL injection hacked.
3. Losing files.
4. timing out when communicating with the sql servers.
5. Not accurately recording either bandswidth or data storage. (I have NO FILES LEFT on my account yet it still says I am using 3.4GB despite repeated attempts at refreshing it AND constant tickets to the clowns on technical support)
Generally quite easily the poorest webhost I have ever had the misfortune to spend money with.

It would be superb if they could do all they claimed they could. However, you might as well go and throw your money in the street as give it these people. The service they provided me with was not fit for purpose.

They said my account was set up straight away but there must have been a problem as the ftp stuff didn't work at all. On investigation they found that I had not been allocated any disk space and they had to start again. A pain in the neck. However, the bit which takes the money out of your account worked fine! Strange that.

If you are thinking of using Servage, even for a small html site, DON'T. If you are thinking of using it to host client websites for goodness sake AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Spend a littke time looking at the reviews on the net. You will see that they are really a company to be avoided. Webmasters worst Nightmare.
Find a reliable and most of all REPUTABLE company to spend your money with. You have been warned.
