They seemed cheap and fairly well respected and at first I thought they did great and would recommend them to my friends

Once i experienced issues i became aware of their AWFUL customer support. They are quick to respond (usually within mins) but never seem to answer your question. Its as if they have a set of answers they just reel off. When pressed for an answer they resort to simply repeating themselves over and over again.

The up time is good - but then they lost (yes LOST) ALL 7 of my websites - and informed me they didnt have any back ups and i should simply "re-upload" them. For my inconveniance they "gave" me one months free hosting, and then convienantly forgot all about it the following month. Disgusting!!

The price is good for the bandwidth you get. But as they say you get what you pay for, terrible customer support, arrogant replies etc

What started off as a good relationship has soured due to Servages awful customer support and the arrogant attitude of its support staff. They are not helpful in the slightest. I STILL am hosted with them but am currently looking for a host to move to. Take my advice, stay well clear....
