I was referred to LunarPages for hosting for my company’s websites from a friend that uses them. My initial impression is that they are extremely professional, legitimate, and are in the business to take care of their customers’ needs.

Account Setup Feedback

I have never had a problem setting up any of my accounts or websites on LunarPages. I have more than one account because I run several websites under several corporate entities. I could trust all of my websites to a much larger hosting company but I can’t imagine doing that with the level of service that I’ve gotten from LunarPages.

Host Reliability

I cannot remember a time that I can remember any of my websites being totally down. I have experienced a few times that I’ve noticed that they have been a bit slow to load but that can be several other variables as well, however I do believe that LunarPages may be slow at times.

Pricing Info

Just the added software that you get with any hosting plan makes the price attractive no matter what! LunarPages are practically giving away what other hosting companies and other sources are charging an arm and a leg for. I give LunarPages a “10” out of “10” for Price, easily.

Run, don’t walk to LunarPages to get your webhosting. I can’t say enough about these guys. I know that you have read other positive reviews about them as well. Believe the hype, they are that good.

I’ve contacted LunarPages’ customer support several times over the past few months, none of which were complaints about their services, however. Mostly, I have called to ask questions about more detailed information that I would like to know about other services they offers such as larger server space, etc. Every time I have called, I have talked to a polite, knowledgeable person.
