I definitely did my share of research before ultimately choosing resellerzoom as the best option for my growing web design business. I was debating between the budget plans and the advanced plans and one of the main differences that made me go with a higher level plan was the inclusion of live chat as a customer support option. I have found that all of my clients prefer live chat rather than waiting for an email response or being stuck on hold waiting for a customer support agent. This way, I can ensure that problems will be fixed quickly rather than cause a customer to become frustrated which will ultimately reflect badly on me.

Of course, being a business person, I am always hoping that prices for my expenses will decrease but I have found that the hosting reseller packages offered by resellerzoom are a very fair and reasonable price.
