I was introduced to 1and1 by a friend who said they offered great prices on domains. I soon found myself a proud member of their 1and1 Linux Home hosting package. Their website is very easy to navigate and the control panel is as simple as can be. If you are able to surf websites you can easy navigate around 1and1's control panel!

Account Setup Feedback

Setting up an account was quick and painless. It didn't take long and I was up and ready to launch my first website in no time. Everything is clearly marked and any questions along the way are easy to find answers to.

Host Reliability

Since I have had my hosting with 1and1 I have not once seen my websites down. I currently host 3 websites on my Home hosting package and I have absolute faith in my websites staying up 24/7. I frequently check my websites throughout the day to make sure everything is ok and it always is.

Pricing Info

I cannot find any better pricing on the internet. You get amazing deals in bandwidth and hosting space for such a low fee! Even their Developer hosting plan has competitively priced. I would be surprised if many people needed more than that package offers! And if you do theres always dedicated hosting!

Honestly folks I have purchased hosting from dozens of companies and none have been as reliable as 1and1. From cheap packages, to easy sign up, A+ support, and 99.999% uptime I couldn't ask for more. Anyone starting out with web hosting should seriously consider 1and1. You can be earning thousands of dollars a month before you ever need to upgrade to a dedicated server!

I have send very few issues that I could not solve alone. I have not tried calling them but it mus be faster than the e-mail option. In any case I have e-mailed them about 10 questions over the 1 year that I've been under them. E-mail responses were very prompt. You get an instant e-mail letting you know your question was successfully submitted. I have never once had to wait longer than several hours for a response. My support questions were asked at all periods of the day. I specifically remember asking a question at 3 AM and going to bed and waking up to an e-mail with a solution.
