Here is what Richard Frances had to say about 1and1 and the overall experience with their web hosting service.I wasn’t really expecting anything good or bad. As long as I was given the space I needed at the right time, I would be happy. 1and 1 did not disappoint me.
Account Setup Feedback
It’s quite tough to get by it on your own the first time, but I remember that all I needed to do was to call one of your representatives to point out the way. It was all so simple.
Host Reliability
Always up. Always fast. I have not had any complaints regarding the host and its capabilities. Many of my friends have been envious that their web hosts were down for a significant amount of time. I usually make a call or wait a few for it to come back up quickly.
Pricing Info
It’s not cheap, but it’s not expensive either. I find the charges reasonable for the good quality service I get. 1and1 has and hopefully still will be practical with the bills I pay them.
Final Host Comments
1and 1 Linux Hosting was the first and best choice I made when it comes to Web hosting. I am sure to keep the service as long as they remain consistent.
