I called HostICan on a whim when I was searching around for a different hosting plan. I got talked into a dedicated server by a representative from the last hosting company I was with and I quickly realized that it was much more than I needed. When I called HostICan, the guy told me that I would be just fine on one of their VPS plans and explained a lot to me. I appreciate that kind of honesty. I don’t know if HostICan’s guys work on commission (I kind of doubt it) but there isn’t a doubt in my mind that the other company’s reps that I talked to do.

Account Setup Feedback

Easy and QUICK. The entire process was super fast and much easier than I ever could have anticipated. Basically, I just picked out the hosting package that I needed (with the help of the customer support guy), filled in my information, paid for it, and I was online within a few minutes. Transferring all my stuff over wasn’t as much of a hassle as I thought it would be and I haven’t seen any difference as far as quality of service even though I went from a dedicated box to a VPS.

Host Reliability

HostICan has great reliability. My websites work fine and I add new ones each day with no problems to report whatsoever. I can honestly say that HostICan has enabled my online business ventures to flourish because I simply don’t have to worry about my hosting. It’s always there for me like it should be. If only all webhosting companies were like that (buyer beware: they’re not!)

Pricing Info

I save a good chunk of change every month over what I was paying and I still have more than enough resources than I will ever need. I’ve looked around and their VPS prices beat out companies that have much worse reputation so I’m definitely sticking with them.

HostICan rocks! I’ve grown to the point that I will actually need a dedicated server here soon and I will definitely be using HostICan when I need to switch.

I haven’t had to call customer support at all since my initial call but I’ve put in a couple of support tickets that were answered right away to my satisfaction. Plus, the tickets come back fast and always answer my concerns or questions. They aren’t pre-written emails, either.
