Resellerzoom is a fairly well-known name in the world of reseller hosting services so they were one of the first places I checked out when I decided to expand my services using a reseller hosting plan. Since I knew it to be a reputable and reliable service it was at the top of my list from the beginning. After checking around other reseller providers, I decided that resellerzoom would work best.

I’m glad that resellerzoom offers more complete customer support options as the plans get more advanced. I’ve found their support staff to be decent. They always answer any questions but it’s nothing to get too excited about. I do think they should offer live support even on the lower level plans though.

I haven’t had any problems with reliability and I seem to be able to use the full amount of space that I am charged for. You always hear the horror stories about reseller hosting services and it makes sense that when they are unrealiable, it can really hurt your own business but I feel pretty safe with this hosting provider. I do still hope to upgrade my plan to a reseller’s dedicated server hosting plan just so I have all of the space to my clients’ sites.

I use the Failover Three Reseller Hosting plan and consider it to be a pretty decent price at $59.95 a month if you take into account the features that go along with it. It allows me 480 cpanel accounts which will keep me covered for now. There’s also no setup fee which I was happy to see because the little fees for simple things like that really drive me crazy.

The account setup process wasn’t really any different than what I’ve seen for any other reseller hosting package. It seems like hosting companies never really create a completely user-friendly account setup system, but I did get everything up and running pretty smoothly after I got everything configured correctly.
