i got one feedback that they're going to setup the server in 36 hours instead of 24 hours and then i got ignored and now its almost 5 days and i asked for a refund but i was also ignored

it took them 5 days till today just to setup a dedicated server and its still not ready so i dont know if horrible is fair or maybe there is something more than horrible to describe this kind of "5 day setup" feature
