Average account setup.
Host Reliability
My host package I opened two years ago performs sluggish and below average by hosting standards. My recent host package I bought 2 months ago is worse than that. It takes in most cases over 10 seconds to load a page and not to mention all of the mysql problems that they are having in respect to performance. If you run forums, or any kind of content management system this place is definitely not for you.
Pricing Info
Pricing is a little bit better than average. But for this price I think you are shorted a real customer support center that cares about your problems.

After spending 2 years with PowWeb, I've finally decided that things have reached an all time low for this company. I have decided to move on in search of greener pastures. I will not recommend them to anyone, unless it's someone I hate.

2 years ago the customer support was excellent. Now the customer support sucks. You wait on the phone for an hour most of the time just to get someone to help you with a technical problem. Usually they can not solve your problem, so they escalate the problem to their Tier 2 which tells you that the problem must be your ISP. Their live chat support is bogus because it is all outsource and they have scripts on how to fix your problems. Pretty much worthless customer support.
