And it's also quite compared to other hosts, since I could get both my domain name here and my web space at the same time.

Account Setup is easy enough to follow for the most part. The start-up might be a bit awkward, but it gets itself sorted out after the first day.

I've been with Bluehost for about four years now, and during that time, my site has only been down a few times during which they were upgrading their system

Compared to many other servers, Bluehost offers a lot more at decent prices.

The only thing I wish is that there could be more online support, so there would be support 24/7, and for MSN or Yahoo Messengers. Other than that, the customer support is usually not bad.
