Up until pair disabled one of my domains I was very happy with their services. I had purchased a high volume account and had never had a problem using their interface or support options.

Account Setup Feedback

I use ftp and databases to administer my sites, and I found the pair interface was easy to set-up and maintain.

Host Reliability

I only experienced downtime on a few occasions, and the problem was usually fixed (after contacting support by email) with an hour.

Pricing Info

The price was fair for what I thought was a high-volume account.

Final Host Comments

The thing that really turned me off about pair is their lack of support for database driven blogs. They sold me a 'high volume' account, but one day when I received a high volume of traffic from one website, pair shut down my site without warning. They said because I was using Wordpress their CPU could not handle it and they basically had to disable my account until the traffic died down.

If you have a blog or database based site I wouldn't recommend using pair, they seem to only be able to support a high volume of traffic on static html pages (but they don't tell you that when you sign up).
