At first, I looked at other sites hosted by OneXHost, and checked if they were fast, and if they had a good uptime. They actually did, they had excellent uptime! One X Host gave me the oppurtunity to create my own package by contacting them! That was the main reason I went for it! Also, the pricing comes in as well!

Customer support was just exceptional! No waiting time at all! I was picked up right away, and they got right to the point! I mentioned that I want to get a custom package, because the packages they had were to small. The created everything to my needs, and what I liked most is that, they didn't keep asking me if I wanted to get 'this' or 'that' and give me promotions etc. It was very clean and simple, didn't take more then fifteen minutes either. They have online support as well, through MSN.

They are very reliable, I have talked with the owner of One X Host, and he has been in the hosting business for a good 4 years. They have their servers in Illinois - Chicago. From the day I started to host with them, till now, I have had absolutely no downtime! Everytime I went to my site, it;s up and running with a fast connection as well! I never recieved complaints about downtime from the users of my site. One X Host, just emailed me about a month ago, saying they were making thier servers faster, which indeed is good for me. They make updates very often, and if anything goes wrong, they get it fixed, before I even tell them.

Pricing is the best with One X Host! They allow people to create thier own packages by contacting them, this way, the price is much much lower! I have spent half of what I spent with my old hosting company, One X Host is always their for me! Just last week, I wasn't able to pay for my hosting, so I contacted them to tell them my problem, and they put my payments on hold for exactly 3 weeks, which is a really a huge favour, considering the fact that my sites take up a lot of bandwidth, and payments are high.

Account setup was so easy, well maybe because they did it for me. I called them, and I chose what I wanted and what I didn't want, they added everything down. The last step was getting my personal information, I gave that in, and in just a minute, my account was created, and I was able to login to my cPanel! When I refered my friend, he used the system to register, and he chose his package, put his information down, and payed through paypal! He told me that, as soon as he payed, he got an email with his account information! So, either way it is the same!

I am extremely pleased with the expertise, service and support I receive from One X Host. I appreciate the monitoring and weekly usage reports I receive in addition to monitoring our site at any time.
